Craft Masters Remodeling, Inc. ("Craftmasters Remodeling," "we," "us," or "our")

These Terms govern your use of cmrhome.com, craftmasters.cmrhome.com, and our estimate-request forms (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Submitting an estimate request does not create a contract for services. By submitting and checking the consent box, you authorize us to contact you by phone, text, and email about your request as described in our Privacy Policy. Any project work is governed by a separate written agreement.
By opting in you agree to receive calls and texts (including automated) about your request and project. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle mobile/SMS data — we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier and compatibility with your mobile device.
You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. Content on the Site is owned by Craftmasters Remodeling or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
Information on the Site is for general purposes and may change without notice. Estimates are subject to inspection and a written agreement; pricing, availability, and project scope are confirmed in that agreement.
Craft Masters Remodeling, Inc. is a licensed Minnesota contractor (MN license BC627243) and carries insurance as required.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Workmanship warranties, if any, are stated in your written project agreement, not on the Site.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craftmasters Remodeling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue lies in Ramsey County, Minnesota.
We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version.
